About Us
Magdalena’s Tea House opened its doors in July of 2004, an eighteen-year-old dream realized by the founder, Miko, whose travels in Greece, Turkey, Israel, and Egypt helped to shape. Magdalena’s is named for the founder’s youngest daughter, Magdalen– Magdalena being the European/Middle Eastern version of her name.
Magdalena’s Tea House works to promote original, independent music, artistic expression, and to raise community consciousness and create positive change. By supporting local, organic farms we strive to foster sustainable living ideals and to provide healthful, whole food, and fair-trade beverage choices.
